Combined flexible insulating materials

Features:

• Insulation class B (130 °C) in accordance with VDE 0530, Part 1

• Combined flexible insulating materials in accordance with IEC 626 - 1
• Insulating material for electrical purposes, consisting of two layers:
Inner layer: Polyester film in accordance with IEC 674
Outer layer: Special presspaper type P 6.1 in accordance with IEC 641,1

Application:

• Slot insulation, slot closure, layer insulation (see our ”Kreppisol” data sheet for
overhang and interphase insulation)
• Presspaper with good absorbency for impregnation varnishes and impregnating or
trickle resins of all insulation classes, thus providing excellent bonding of all winding
components
• Smooth surface, therefore good machineability

Available:

• In rolls appr. 630 or 1260 mm width

• In sheets appr. 630 mm x 800 mm or appr. 800 mm x 1260 mm
• In strips minimum width 4 mm
• Available thicknesses: 0.07 to 1.0 mm
• Special grades on request

Note: In the condition as delivered, PUCARO Triflexil M has a moisture content of about 6 %, which is necessary for
maintaining good processability. By storing the material either in the undamaged original packaging or at room
conditions of appr. 20 °C and appr. 65 % relative humidity, it remains unchanged.
