The Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of Myanmar signed the notification informing all AD licensees of the exemption.

    Reference: CBM Notification No. 12/2022 dated 03-04-2022.

    1. Foreign Exchange Supervisory Committee (FESC) has resolved the matters relating
    to exemptions pursuant to paragraph 3 of the CBM Notification No. 12/2022 during
    its meeting (No. 14/2022).
    2. Pursuant to the resolutions made during the FESC meeting (No. 14/2022), please be
    informed that “companies that are related with or implement projects operating
    under foreign development aids or loans” are exempted from and not covered under
    the CBM Notification No. 12/2022.
