Notification No. 36/2022 5 August 2022 1. The Central Bank of Myanmar (“CBM”) has published this Notification in exercising its power conferred under Section 49 sub-section (b) of the Foreign Exchange Management Law. 2. The CBM published Notification No. 12/2022 on 03-04-2022 regarding the foreign currency earned by persons resident in the country, and foreign currency outward remittance. 3. Now, pursuant to the directions in clause (2) of the above-mentioned Notification No. 12/2022, only 65% of export earnings received by exporters are required to be converted into Kyats. 4.
