guide to becoming "having the power to continue.
GREEN HUMANS inside

Instead of changing
Earth, Human Beings
have to become as
green as Planet Earth Planet
to keep the
temperature level
Earth is
down. getting too
hot to live on.
This cannot continue.
SO KIDS, WE ARE THE
SOLUTION!

And what sustains us?

Healthy FOOD!
But the Earth needs good food too.
So lets try to share sustainability
with our home planet!

THEME 1: Organics
Activity: 1.a Life-Cycle of a Fruit
Fruitarians!
Bring WASTE MATERIAL like:
old newspapers, old clothes and
buttons from home with glue.
Use this to make your favourite
fruit!
Paint it if you wish!

Theme 2: Masterchefs
Activity 2.a Pizza Time!
Ask your parents to
help you make a
healthy pizza.
Add your favourite healthy and
green toppings.
Bring your masterpiece
to class and share!
Let the class choose the tastiest
healthy pizza of the day!
Activity: 1.c
Food Painting
Collect fallen leaves of different -
trees, (Mango, Apple, Peepal
- vegetables, (Tomato, Coriander)
- medicinal plants, (Tulsi, Neem)
Paint the surface of the leaf from
one side.
On a blank paper, press the
painted side of the leaf on the
paper.

Plant Parent Break Time

ADOPT A PLANT Say no to Freezer Food!

With help of your parents, pick a
small plant to look after. Bring it to
class after 4 weeks to show them
your masterpiece.
OR
Plant a seed in school with the help
of your teachers! Look after it and
watch it grow between classes!
Next time your parents are making
food from the freezer like chicken
nuggets, ask them if its healthy.
Some things in life are process and
must be avoided no matter how they
taste!

Footprints in the Kitchen
Know your carbon footprint.
Reduce your carbon footprint by
eating more raw vegetables. Ditch
those chocolate brownies and switch
to local fruits and veggies.
It’s good for you and the
environment, because it makes you
healthier and eliminates the carbon
footprint of your stove.
Activity 3.c Sports
Leaderboard
We can all love Games!
If we keep ourselves active, our
minds and bodies will be happy!
If we feel happy, our problems will
feel smaller!
On your class board, make a list of
the most active students.
GIve scores each week with the
help of your teacher!
Game Time!
Students will sit in a circle and pass
the "Green" parcel, talk about their
favourite memories with trees and
animals from which they get their
food or even sharing about their
favourite flavour of icecream!

Activity 3.a Tiffin
Challenge!
Ask Ma or Pa to pack you a super
healthy lunch! Suggest fruits,
salads, vegatables cooked in
deliciously healthy ways!
The 3 tastiest Green Platters
will be decided by your teacher!
Activity 3.b Role Play
Pick your favourite healthy food
item.
Prepare a one minute speech on
why it is your favourite.
Present it in class.
If you wish, you can dress in a
costume that matches your
chosen food item or paint it or
even bring it to class for
everyone to taste!
Theme 4: Water
Activity 4.a Brushing
Did You Know?
Always try to rinse your mouth with
water after eating candy or a cola. It
will fight tooth decay.
