How to produce
DRIED LOTUS SEEDS
Dry lotus seeds reach their "mature" age later. If fresh lotus pods are not
harvested within the "golden" period, they will be left until the lotus seeds get
older and turn black. Then the lotus pods are harvested and air-dried.
Specialized shelling machines are used for removing the shell and we have
dry lotus seed as the final product.
