INTRODUCTION
Leaders create work environment. Success of organisation depends upon efficiency of leader.
Positive approach attribute and problem solving skills makes a person leader. A leader should

not lose his balance in in tough circumstances, but turn the situation into his favour. He should
be able to evolve his techniques and lead organisation to a Win-win strategy. All leaders are not
managers as they have to work in an organisation While the managers work in a organised
sector. All managers should be leaders so that they can work efficiently.
