Objective of the Template

Resource Management Template is created for

managing project resources and their bandwidth
more effectively using Microsoft Excel.
Template Structure

Resource Management Excel Template worksheets

divided into 3 types of categories.

1. Data Visualization Sheets (Dashboards/Heat Maps)

2. Data Management Sheets (Resource Management, Client
Management, etc.…)
3. Calculations sheets (Calculations_Calc, Dashboard_Calc,
etc..).

You need to manually enter required data into Data

Management sheets. Dashboards and Heatmaps sheets will
update automatically based on the changes in the data sheets.

How to use template?

Please follow the below steps and same sequence

to enter the data while using the template.

1. Add your Resource in Resource Management Sheet

2. Add your clients in Client Management Sheet
3. Add the Projects in the Project Management Sheets

4. Update Holidays and Weekends in the Settings Sheet

5. And plan your activities in the Task Management Sheet

All the Charts, Dashboards and Heat-maps will change

automatically based on the changes in the Data sheets.
