International Postgraduate Taught Fees 2022/23

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

The 2022/23 Postgraduate Taught fees apply ONLY to students meeting all of the following criteria:

 International fee status*

 Enrolling on a full-time taught masters programme of study in academic year 2022/23
(includes programmes starting at any point within the 2022/23 academic year)

The following restrictions apply:

 Does not apply to students enrolling on a part-time programme

 Does not apply to Masters by Research programmes (whether full- or part-time)
 Does not apply to non-masters PGT programmes/study (e.g. Postgraduate Certificate or
Diploma programmes, credit-based learning, etc.)
 Does not apply to split masters programmes (i.e. where a student’s prior learning is
accredited by the University to allow them to commence their studies in the second
trimester)
 Does not apply to the programmes below:
o MA Social Work
o MBA
o Programmes in the Hull-York Medical School (HYMS)
o Hull Online programmes
o KEDGE programmes
 Does not apply to students who wish to defer entry beyond 2022/23

Other clarifications:

 The 2022/23 fee applies for the duration of the programme that the student is enrolled
upon and are therefore applicable to students on programmes which last longer than one
academic year if the other eligibility criteria are met and no other exclusions apply.
 The 2022/23 fee applies to programmes taught online as well as on campus (excluding Hull
Online programmes) as long as the other eligibility criteria are met and no other exclusions
apply.
 No student who benefits from the Postgraduate Taught Fees may be awarded any additional
fee waivers or be awarded a University scholarship with the exception of the University’s
Graduate Scholarship (£1000).
 Students who enrol in 2022/23 but have to suspend or repeat a portion of their studies will
be eligible for the 2022/23 fees in 2022/23 but will not be eligible for the 2022/23 fee in
subsequent years.
 Students who enrol in 2022/23 but withdraw and re-apply for study in a future year will not
be eligible for the 2022/23 fee in future years.

* Fee status as determined by the University of Hull. From 2021/22, International fee status will
include EU students.
