To whom it may concern,

We have received an email from one of our customers that their replacement shipment of
our Rebound XT™ product has been held by Portuguese customs. The shipment was due
for João Paulo da Cruz Manso, Rua Miguel Torga, 16; 8A, 2745-820 Massamá, Portugal.

The shipment was in exchange for the return of a previous purchase. As such, there was
no charge for these bottles, and no receipt for taxes involved because it was a direct
exchange.

Please allow for the replacement bottles to reach our customer, thank you.
