Human Resources Director
Management of all Human Resources subsystems at the Brazil branch, with matrix reporting to the General Director Brazil
and the Corporate VP of Human Resources.
 Raised efficiency in people management through the implementation of policies, processes and technology in Human
Resources, achieving a reduction in the overall turnover rate, ensuring 100% of professionals evaluated on their
performance and attracting new professionals in an average of 20 days, with only 6% turnover for hired within one
year.
 I expanded the retention and attraction of qualified professionals and generated a culture of meritocracy through the
implementation of a compensation strategy aligned with the organization's objectives and competitive with the
market, clarifying the criteria for defining base salaries, merits, promotions and receiving prizes, gratifications and
bonuses.

months, relieving the company's cash flow.
 I reduced the number of overtimes by 60% with the implementation of a control system for facial recognition and
geolocation in the cloud, eliminating undue and fraudulent markings on projects.
 I reduced the number of labor lawsuits by 80%, keeping liabilities at the lowest level for the construction segment
(1.5%).

Human Resources Coordinator
I started at the Odebrecht group as an HR Assistant, participating in the construction of a SPP (Small Power Plants) in the
state of Mato Grosso. After two years at the company, I took on a major challenge in the construction of the Santo
Antônio Hydroelectric Power Plant in Rondônia, leading the entire implementation of the HR area for a project with an
estimated 12 thousand direct employees. After a year, I took on new challenges in different regions of the country, the
most significant and challenging of them being the construction of Arena Corinthians to open the 2014 World Cup.
