PROBLEM
That architecture students in the first semesters (3rd , 4th , etc.) sometimes have doubts or
concerns and these are not resolved in class for lack of interest or fear of teachers.
Sometimes class teachers do not take into account the academic progress of each student,
since they only focus on the results they can give them.
Students look for answers or solutions to their doubts out of self-interest, and sometimes
they are unable to find them.

SOLUTION
Personalized advice for students, because we are senior architecture students and therefore
we can help them and provide solutions to their problems.
To be punctual and strategic in the solution of their academic problems.
To offer them advice on specific topics and courses that are not developed at the university,
such as: Software, Writing, Design, Layout, Mathematics, etc.
DEVELOPMENT To gather a group of students and alumni of the

PLAN faculty to form a work team.

Create a regulation and rules for the team.

Develop well the topics and courses to be taught.

Expand and integrate the idea of entrepreneurship,

create platforms of arrival and transmission of
class as web pages, Facebook, Google meet, etc..

Finally distribute the information to stakeholders,

trying to reach all universities and / or stakeholders.

Time is an architecture student's worst enemy, as he/she has to deliver several requirements
in a project.
Sometimes, the quality of the physical models are not the ones required by the teachers.
The expenses in making a physical model are enormous and it goes according to the
magnitude and detail of the project.

SOLUTION
The change from physical models to virtual models and renders.
Highlight the quality and detail level of the physical model.
To emphasize the virtual models by saving economic costs and the most important thing for
the architecture student, time.
DEVELOPMENT
PLAN Bring together students or graduates who are
proficient in 3D and rendering software.

Create team rules and regulations.

To make friends in order to realize projects

belonging to university students.

Gradually, important projects of renowned

architects of the area and the country will be
perceived.

FURNITURE DESIGN FOR

INTERIOR DECORATION
PROBLEM
In each design we use furniture that only exists in the virtual design, so the design remains a
utopian idea.
Each client has different tastes and preferences, so conventional furniture does not always
meet their needs.
Commercial and conventional furniture is not custom-made and much less ergonomic and
made for the user.

SOLUTION
The designed furniture will be custom made to the client's needs and taste.
Each piece of furniture will be unique and exclusive in each design.
The designs furniture were no longer utopian and unique from a design virtuality.
DEVELOPMENT

Gather students and professionals with mastery of
3D design programs and interior design.

Find a place with enough space where you can

show some of the designs of the spaces with
furniture as protagonists.

Hire a marketing professional to position the

company well.

PROBLEM
There are houses and buildings that lack architectural plans, either because they were self-
built or because the plans were lost.
Sometimes there are problems within the locality where you live, that is why you must have
everything in order.
It is important the design of the plans so that they can be processed within the Public
Registry.

SOLUTION
Surveying is now easier thanks to digital tools.
This service to draw floor plans could be of interest to people who want to sell their property
or rent it.
It will give you a good idea of the spaces and can be used for future remodeling.
