    STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE

    Mosquito Fogging Service

    Recommended Chemicals:
    1. Gokilahts 45ml/5L
    2. Resigen 40ml/5L

    Equipment:
    1. Thermal fogging machine (Agrofog
    AF35)

    Tools:
    1. Measuring cup 200 ml
    2. Torch light
    3. Screw driver
    4. Tools kits for Agro fogging machine

    Caution :
    1. Avoid chemical contact with skin.
    2. Always read the label and follow
    instructions.
    3. Do not fog directly to fish pond and pet
    cage.
    4. Do not fog against the wind direction.

    PPE:
    1. Arm sleeve
    2. Glove
    3. Goggles
    4. Half face mask
    5. Ear plug
    6. Safety shoes

    Documents:
    1. Service report
    2. MSDS
    3. Label
    Scope of work: External
