Improved the sustenance process of handling Incidents as part of Lean Green Belt CI Project and achieved
40% reduction in Incidents answering Turnaround Time which is regarded by management as the biggest

Achieved significant reduction in the gap between Lead time and Cycle team (25% reduction in Mhrs) by

PlusES Agile Transformation is focused on implementing SAFe Agile framework for the development activities
related to Implementation of Job Management System on Salesforce, Digitalization of the PlusES Financial operations

mobile payments and perform Salesforce integration. For the second team, we are focused on AWS migration of our
Front-end APIs and Micro-services from the existing online Cloud Platform
