Project: Agile Transformation in Retail Domain June 2021 – Till Date

Functional Details:
As part of this engagement, there are two Agile Programs are started with 100+ associates each in Retail
Data science space. The scope of the role is to start Agile practices from waterfall approach and drive to make 20+
teams matured and deliver outcome in quick turnaround time and best in quality using Lean, Agile and DevOps
practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:


 Facilitate scrum teams in sprint and program increment activities which involve: Sprint backlog grooming,
sprint planning, Review and Retrospectives, Release plan grooming at feature level, Scrum of Scrum meeting
at program level and Mid sprint reviews
 Ensure transparency at the team and program level using the velocity, burndown/up reports, Commulative
flow report, defect density, backlog health metrics and value focused metrics
 Enable the teams to adopt DevOps and CI/CD tools to align with the organization DevOps goals and increase
the team’s velocity by 35% and reduce time to market by 50%
 Drove strategy workshops for generating OKRs to align them with feature teams
 Facilitate Scrum Practices through COPs across scrum teams.

mobile payments and perform Salesforce integration. For the second team, we are focused on AWS migration of our
Front-end APIs and Micro-services from the existing online Cloud Platform

Roles and Responsibilities:


 Facilitate two teams of size 9 each as Scrum Master.
 Interacting with Business Team (Technical and Domain) for requirements and business needs.
 Driving the Program Increment workshops/meeting with business to ensure we have right prioritized backlog.
 Track iteration progress (day-to-day work), report obstacles, and to make sure iterations commitment will be
fulfilled by point out bottlenecks in the delivery process.
 Supporting the Release Train Engineer in conducting Scrum of scrum Meeting for a Program of size 110
members and generating reports required for capacity planning and reports for Program Increment planning.
