____________________________________________________________________________ DETAILED ITINERARY 11 DAY KZN Deluxe Coastal Experience DAY 1 Wednesday Arrive at Durban International where you will be met by a Golfrica Tour representative. You will then make your way down to Selborne Hotel, SPA and Golf Estate where you will spend the following 4 nights. Welcoming drinks on the terrace will be provided while your luggage is taken to your rooms. The first afternoon you will spend familiarizing yourself with the facilities before you relax by the exquisite pool or indulging in a tranquil revitalizing spa experience. Evening drinks followed by a group dinner will be had at the hotels bar and restaurant. DAY 2 - Thursday Selborne Country Club - This magnificent course with some very undulating fairways is rated as one of South Africas best kept courses. There will be many opportunities for you to open your shoulders on this course but make no mistakes, your short game skills will also be put to the test. It is set in a wonderful indigenous coastal forest, close to the shores of the Indian Ocean. This is a superbly manicured parkland course where your only disturbance may the wildlife that South Africa has to offer. The bird life, lush vegetation and abundance of water make for a beautiful setting, and the par 3 third hole provides a challenging and scenic tee shot to a 2 tiered green where accuracy and distance control is the key to walking off with a par. If you are looking to walk away with a score you can be proud of, then intelligent shot selection and course management will be most definitely required.

DAY 3 Friday San Lameer This is another course that is beautifully manicured and complimented with an abundance of water and views of the Indian Ocean. This Peter Matkovich course is sculptured around one of the last remaining wetland forests on the South Coast of KwaZulu Natal and is very much a course you will need to think your way around as wayward tee shots will find you in all kinds of trouble as many of the holes guarded by lateral water hazards. You will also be able to appreciate 195 different species of bird life, impala, duiker (red, grey and blue) as well as reed and bushbuck.

DAY 4 Saturday Wild Coast Sun Country Club - Today you will be met with the challenge of this demanding inland links course for yet another fantastic round at one of the countries best courses. This course will not leave you disappointed as the scenery is absolutely breathtaking and this is matched by its pristine condition and design. You will find yourself playing over ravines, dams and even a waterfall on the 13th. Very dramatic surroundings will ensure that you enjoy this truly African course.

DAY 5 - Sunday Sunday will see you now starting the Safari leg of your tour and once you have had a leisurely breakfast and have checked out of the Selborne Hotel you will be departing for the oldest game reserve in South Africa, Hluhluwe-Umfolzi. This impressive reserve is 96000 hectares in size and is home to South Africas Big Five. Simply taking a leisurely drive through the game reserve itself, which is situated on the summit of a forested hill, offers fine views of the surrounding countryside. The camp was extensively rebuilt and enlarged in the early nineties, and today accommodates a luxury lodge. The lodge includes a restaurant, an attractive pub and lounge decorated with photographs and memorabilia of the history of Hluhluwe, as well as a gift shop and convenience store. You can expect to arrive at approximately 15h00, which will give you time to settle in and enjoy some well earned afternoon refreshments before relaxing around the viewing deck or around the Hilltop swimming pool. The evening will see you all meeting for a very a delicious buffet dinner or barbeque (Braai).

DAY 6 Monday Today you will be up nice and early to go on your first game drive safari, and here you will be up early enough to catch the sunrise which just adds to the magnificence of the whole safari experience. You will return to a full English buffet breakfast in the Mpunyane Restaurant. Once you are rested and if you wish you will have the option to head into St. Lucia which is an approximately 45minute drive away. Here you will be able to venture out onto the Estuary which is rich with fish, bird life and has an abundance of Hippo and Crocodiles, thereafter you will then return to the Hilltop Camp in time for your second game drive. This particular drive will be a night drive where you will have the opportunity to see some of South Africas nocturnal animals. After the game drive you will return to the camp restaurant to swap sightings and enjoy another buffet meal prepared by the reserves wonderful chefs. DAY 7 - Tuesday Today you will be departing for the award winning Fairmont Zimbali Lodge so another early morning game drive which is optional will be your last chance to see those animals that you may not have spotted on the previous outings. Zimbali Lodge is where you will spend the following 4 nights. You can expect to arrive at the Lodge just after midday where welcoming drinks will be provided by the poolside bar. The remainder of the afternoon will be yours to relax and explore the local facilities and a tour of the local area and amenities will be provided if required. This Lodge has its own spa which is run by the Camelot group and will not disappoint those seeking a little bit of self indulgence.

DAY 8 - Wednesday Zimbali Country Club - This course is a Tom Weiskopf design and is both a challenging and beautiful 18 Hole Championship Golf Course. This coastal links/parkland course varies by starting off with a links feel to it and takes a dramatic turn through rolling wetlands and ends up in the coastal forest. Regular tee shots with carries of over 150yds will ensure that your driver gathers no dust.

DAY 9 Thursday

Today, for your penultimate round you will head up inland to one of Natals new Gems which was recently opened in 2006. This course is called, Cotswold Downs, and is truly a remarkable golfing experience. There wont be a hole that disappoints. Each hole on this course is so different from the next it really keeps you entertained even if you are having the very rare poor round. The greens are immaculate and undulating, not to mention huge and fast. Fasten your seat belts, this one will be a cracker.

DAY 10 - Friday Durban Country Club This tremendous golf course which is full of history has hosted the South African Open 16 times. It is here that you will be playing your final round of golf. This will be your toughest challenge of golf yet as accuracy and distance control is paramount for all 18 holes. This spectacular round will see you playing some of the finest holes that golf has to offer. Your game will be tested right from the start as Durban Country Club opens with some of the toughest holes you might play.

Once you have completed this wonderful round you will be making our way down to the Durban Harbour were you will be able to benefit from a 3 hour cruise on a luxurious Catamaran. You will have the chance to enjoy a few ice cold refreshments with an exquisite buffet meal whilst taking in some Stunning coastal views of Durban, which is a lovely way to finish off a fantastic holiday in South Africa. A prize giving presentation can also be held on this cruise should it be required.

DAY 11 Saturday Saturday will be the last day of your unforgettable tour which will mean taking a trip down the North Coast back to Durban International to take your flights back home, and for the guests wishing to stay on or wanting to visit other parts of South Africa, Golfrica will be more than happy to make the necessary bookings and arrangements.
