“General Information” for Exhibitors

Lahore Expo Centre, Pakistan

Admission: Exhibition Entry is free

Only Trade Visitors are allowed
Children entry under 16 years of age are strictly prohibited
BUILD UP
Space Only Stands 23rd, 24th& 25th May (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday)
9am on-ward Monday & Tuesday
9am – 10pm Wednesday (last build-up day)

Shell Scheme Stands 24th & 25th May (Tuesday & Wednesday)
9am – 10pm (last build-up day)

Exhibitors are requested to make sure that their stands and their displays completed by 6 pm on May
25th thereafter the halls will be closed for security reasons. Exhibitors and their contractors will not be
allowed to move materials in and out of the exhibition halls after 6 pm.
(Kindly double check your statements contradict with each other closing time mentioned is 6pm on
the other hand its 10pm)

POSSESSION OF STANDS

The exhibitors can take possession of their stands as per the schedule mentioned above

The organizer’s office is located at reception from 11 am on-ward during build-up days and from 9 am to
7pm during exhibition days.

PAYMENT OF INVOICES
Exhibitors are advised to settle all pending invoices before the event. Please note as per company policy,
exhibitor’s badges for entry into the hall and gates passes for the removal of exhibits from the exhibition
halls will only be issued if all dues and payments are settled.

ADMISSION TO EXHIBITION HALLS

Please note that no exhibitors or service providers will be allowed in the exhibition halls from the build-up
dates to the tear down dates without identification badges. Exhibitors can collect their badges during
build up days from the Exhibitor Registration counter at Reception area, SUBJECT TO SETTLEMENT OF ALL
PENDING INVOICES.

(When and Where do we get the badges as first build up day nobody will be with badges please update)

ON SITE ORGANISER OFFICE

The organizer office will be operational from 11am onwards from 23rd May build-up to 29th May tear
down dates, you may contact them in case of any assistance required.

INAUGURATION CEREMONY
Formal inauguration ceremony of the event will take place at 12:00 pm on Thursday, 26th May 2022.
Chief Guest a prominent VIP will perform the ribbon cutting ceremony and deliver his speech in front of
the electronic and print media, followed by Q&A session by the media persons. All Exhibitors are
cordially invited to participate in the inauguration ceremony.

After the inauguration the Chief Guest will take the tour of the exhibition along with the organizer visit
stalls and converse with the exhibitors. The entire activity will be covered and capture by our video and
still photographer and selected photographs will be released to the electronic and print media along-
with press release.

EXHIBITOR GUIDELINES & SCHEDULES

3P PAKISTAN 2022, at LAHORE EXPO CENTRE

EVENT BUILDUP 23rd TO 25th May

 Buildup of 3P Pakistan 2022 will commence on 23rd May at 9 am and will end on 25th May at
6:00 pm sharp. Exhibitors are requested to follow the guideline listed below for smooth buildup
operation leading to formal event, your cooperation and support will be highly appreciated.

 Exhibitors displaying their machinery are requested to bring in their machinery on 23rd May
through the assigned cargo gates, as these gates will be closed on 24th May at 12 midnight for
machinery exhibitors. (How get the container in to expo what procedure to be followed???)
 Catalogue entry will include only Exhibitors’ by exhibiting company not their principals.
Principals will only mention as representatives of Exhibitors. (Principles will not be in the Index
under their respective country???)
 Exhibitor’s booths should display their branding only (Local Agent) not their principal’s as
principals are only representatives. They can use principal’s name inside booth with 20%
representation while 80% branding must be displayed by exhibiting company. (Don’t you think
its exactly the opposite as mentioned please look into it)
 Exhibitors Banners, standees, pop ups, equipment’s and Machineries are strictly prohibited to
display outside your stalls premises, or any place within the exhibition venue. (Grill banners
allocated space was the outer grill is it available or not)

 For any kind of branding or promotional activities the exhibitors must contact the organizer, if
any standees or branding material is found outside the stalls the organizer has the right to
remove and seize it.

 Vendors and all service providers must register themselves with the Organizer and/or Expo
Centre Lahore, any vendor found working without authorization will be removed from the
premises.

 Exhibitors are requested to inform their selected vendors to the organizer so that the given
deadlines can be followed strictly.

 Exhibitors can build their stall maximum 12 feet high in the central main alley area. Kindly refer
to the red highlighted booths in attached layouts. Whereas, under mezzanine area exhibitors
can build their booth height to maximum 10 feet high.

 Vendors will not be allowed to fabricate stalls after the allowed time.

 Electrical connections and compressed air connections will be effective on 25th May at 6pm
(evening). (But you have mentioned that the halls buildup will end till 25 May 6pm how do we
test our machines before it as the connections will be workable please double check)

 It is the accountability of all Exhibitors to arrange all their required pipes, fittings and wires as
per the machine requirement. Therefore, organizer will not be responsible.

EXHIBITION 26th TO 28th MAY

 During exhibition days all halls will open at 9:30 am and close at 7 pm sharp, in case of any
queries the exhibitors can contact the designated hall in-charges or approach the organizers
office.

 Smoking is strictly prohibited within stall and venue.

 Families and children under 16 years of age are not allowed.

 Exhibitors are requested to take care of their belongings; the organizer will not be responsible
for any kind of loss or theft of belonging.

DISMANTLING / TEAR DOWN 28th & 29th MAY

 Dismantling / tear down will start after 7 pm on 28th May and will end on 29th May at 12 pm
sharp, we therefore request all exhibitors to follow the instruction and complete the tear down
as per given deadline.

 Exhibitors are requested to inform the organizer about their vendors for coordination and
monitoring their activities within the given deadlines in build-up & tear down.

Professional photographers and videographers are available during the event to cover your stall
activities and they will charge for such activity.

SECURITY
Expo Centre, Lahore has an effective security system for the exhibits and visitors check-in and control.
