Proposed Graduation Dinner

As requested, I am writing to propose my ideas for this year’s Graduation Dinner for my batch. After
much consideration, I have chosen the River Safari as the venue for the event.

In my opinion, River Safari would be a more suitable venue for the Graduation Dinner due to its
uniqueness and services. With the help of professional event planners and experienced caterers, we
will be able to have a great time there. There is also the technical support team, who will attend to
our lighting and entertainment needs, especially during the concert segment. Also, there will be a
great variety of fine Asian cuisines to choose from on the day of the event. Our students rarely get a
chance to visit natural attractions such as the River Safari, so I believe that it would make the perfect
location to hold our Graduation Dinner this year. Not only will they be served well, they will also
have a whole new experience to dine in at River Safari as they get close to the animals during the
activities.

Moving on to the activities, the students can choose to participate in the putting up a performance
and the river boat ride. Our committee will be inviting the cohort to perform during the concert
segment, and they can choose to do so in the form of singing, dancing or playing musical
instruments. A performance will last about 1-5 minutes. Those who are interested will then have to
send us a video of what they would like to perform, so that we will be able to craft a good timeline
for the event. As for the river boat ride, it is not mandatory to participate in it, but since it is a special
event, it would be great if all of them take part in it. This activity will take place before the dinner,
and students will get to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the nature. They can also take out their
phones to capture some pictures of the animals.

After all, I believe that our graduating students will enjoy their time there as it is a rare experience
for them to eat with their friends and teachers at the River Safari. They will feel comfortable as they
break free from the concrete jungle. In addition, there are various activities that they can choose to
take part in as well. It would be great to have our Graduation Dinner at the River Safari, which will
create lasting and unforgettable memories.

In a nutshell, I hope you will consider my ideas favourably. Thank you.
