Thank you for Downloading and using this sheet for doing mix design calculations.

This sheet of mix proportioning is base on IS 10262 - 2019 Guidelines.

This sheet can be used for doing mix proportioning of Normal Mixes up to M60 Grade of Concrete.

This sheet allows you to prepare pure cement mixes and dual blend mixes.

You can also design high strength mixes using this sheet in dual blend mode and after proportioning,
you can manually add silica fume from 5% to 10% by relacing CM quanity to form triple blend.

It is important to do trial mixes after proportioning to verify the performance as well as need for re-designing.

Never do direct deployment of mixes in actual production.

How to use this sheet:

For doing Mix Design do enter data only in "Mix Proportioning" Sheet.

Only edit cells which are highlighted with green color shown on left side of this cell.

You need to have the basic data about ingredients available with you for doing designing.

I have added alerts text at important locations to guide you if the entered data by you has issues.

Make sure you go step by step from top to bottom by adding data at all required fields.

After completion of mix proportioning, you will find three mixes on Trial Mixes sheet, do trials for all the mixes.

This sheet is designed in very user friendly way and the mix desin process is very quick.

If there are any error, issues, difficulties etc. do post about same of forum, we will update on same.

Do use this sheet for your personal as well as official work use.

Do not share the copies of it without taking concent from Author. This sheet is subjected to copyright.

Do Check sheets at Forum on Designing of Mass Concrete, Self Compacting Concrete, High Strength concrete etc.

Note: The slump shall be measured and the water content and dosage of admixture shall be adjusted for achieving the
required slump based on trial, if required. The mix proportions shall be reworked for the actual water content and
checked for durability requirements.

Note: Two more trials having variation of ± 10 percent of water-cement ratio shall be carried out and a graph between
three water-cement ratios and their corresponding strengths shall be plotted to work out the mix proportions for the
given target strength for field trials. However, durability requirement shall be met.
