ELIGIBILITY - Induction through RRB or Promotion through Dept. Exam

OBJECTIVES - To impart the initial training to the participants for electric loco / train
operation with minor upkeep, minor trouble Shooting of AC loco and
observance of safety rules prescribed by Railway administration.

- Lecture / White Board / LCD / Model Room / viewing of safety films and
RESOURCES practical demonstration.

DURATION - 78 Working Days – 624 periods i.e. 468 Working hours including 10 days
Foot plate training & Lobby & Control office training in respective division.
Total 78 Days (Single Traction) + DSL Conversion course :- 31 days
including 10 days Foot plate training = Total 109 Days
