SENSOR ENE Following points were raised and discussed in the sald meeting and following resolutions were taken : 1, Shri Gautam Gaine, Station Officer, Borasat Fire Station was requested to make necessary arrangement for providing fire fighting equipments and provide necessary emergency support if stamped like situation arises in and ‘round the temple. If any emergency situation arises, Fire authority will have to take lead role with the help of police and medical authority. 2. Shri Subhabrata Shyamal, AE, PWO(Civil), Barasat was requested to make arrangement for two holding points, PAB, baricading, drop gates and sheds for two buffer zone, SDPO, Deganga shall identify the points, 3. Shri Partha Halder, Executive Engineer, PWD (Electrical), Barasat Division wos requested to provide specific electrical orangement for holding points, twobuffer zones, 11 Police Assistance Booths and illuminations in the religious places and roads within 7 to 8 KMs periphery of Chakla Temple. 4, There shall be coordination between PWD (Electrical), Barasat Division and WBSEDCL authority of Barasat Division to avert accident. 5. Shvi Partha Halder, Executive Engineer, PWO (Electrical), Barasat Division has ‘assured that places of Graveyard, Mosque and Idgah will be illuminated on 17%, 18" and 19" of August, 2022. 6. Sti Gouranga Haldar, EE, Barasat Highway Division-l, PW Roads was requested to make necessary amangement for the repair of roads from Berachampa to Chakla Temple via Matikumra. 7. Shri Nilanjan Tarafdar, DM & DC, North 24-Parganas(2” officer of SDO, Barasat) was requested to make necessary arrangement for providing 50 CCTV Cameras with two monitors and 300 Civil Defence Volunteers per day on 17", 18" and 19" of August, 2022. 8. Dr. Sasanka Poddar, ACMO[H), Barasat was requested to provide sufficient bleaching powder. He was also requested to Provide Six bedded temporary hospital along with medical team on 17", 18% and 19" of August, 2022. Places will be provided by Chakia Temple Committee along with necessary infrastructure and basic facilities for the above Purpose. 9. Dr. Sasankea Poddar, ACMO{H), Barasat was also requested to provide one good condition trauma care ambulance to meet up the emergency. 10. Shri Chayan Mazumdar, ARTO, Barasat was requested to provide 08 B.D. Vans. 11. Shri Mofidul Hoque Sahaji, Savopati, Deganga Pancyayet Samity was fequeted to make necessary arangement for repair of roads from Kathalpara More to Karmatirtha via buming ghat with the help of Pradhan of Chakla G.P as no representative of that GP was present in the meeting. Panchayet Samiti will also Provide 30 temporary latrines / toilets at designated places '2. Signage will be prepared by Berachampa - 1 GP, Chakla GP and Chowrashi cr. 13. President and Treasurer of Chakla Temple Committee was requested to Provide the parallel conection of Public Address System to the Police Control Room. They shall arrange volunteers inside the temple complex to lear up the pilgrims,14. Pradhans of Chakla, Berachampa ~ |, Berachampe - II, Kolsur, Chowrashi and Prithiba GPs are requested to make a team comprising of members from different communities to intervene into any unforeseen situation. 15. Shri Narayan Gorai, Junior Engineer (Civil), PHE, Barasat was requested to install water pouch machine at the Loknath Temple from 16/08/2022 and 10 (ten) shallow tubewell with water bucket and mug will be provided to the temporary latrine. SDPO, Deganga will identity the places. 16. Special contingent will be provided to prevent petty crimes. 17. The locations of CCTV Cameras will have to be adjusted by Chakla Temple Commitee. 18. Chakla Temple Committee wil arange for wireless communication amongst its volunteers.
