What is the paperwork that the teachers must do when you get your new student?

- 1 month
Before a new tutoring case's trial, you would need to type a rundown clearly (download the
rundown template), as detailed as possible. The rundown should be put into your individual
folder which uploads to the google drive at least three days before lessons, then you should
notify and share the link to your group leader.
Any material for the lesson should be put into your individual folder as well:
Reading materials: save particular pages you're gonna teach in the lesson.
Video or audio materials: attach the link in.
Once you officially get a new case, which means you passed a trial, you need to design the
lesson plan for the first month in 7 days. (download the lesson plan template).
Feedback (download the lesson review template)should be made at the end of each month. In the
feedback, you should mention a student's language and attitude observation in a month.
- 2-3 months
The second to third months of getting a new tutoring case, we may need you to type the
rundown still, until your group leader considers it fits your student enough. How and When to
upload rundown, lesson materials and feedback can be seen above in 1 month's "Any material for
the lesson should be put into your individual folder as well".
- after 3 months
Three months after, you don’t need to type the rundown every time if it has become a routine.
You only need to alter it when your rundown is changed.
You still need to upload the materials you use in the students file before every lesson.
At the end of every month you need to design the lesson plan for the following month.
*it’s really important to put your materials and feedback into your folder, for one, the customers
would call the company for complaining or commenting on you, with enough information
supporting the company to discuss and negotiate with clients and keep cases stably. Second, it
helps the substitute or replacing teacher for your case.

What are the paperworks? When should I upload?

At the end of every month, you need to upload payment form, signature table, review form for
the last month, lesson plan for the following month.

When is payment transferred?

We will need to check your paperworks as well as your teaching hour and date with parents then
we can transfer to you, which takes 5-7 days. If you upload the payment form and signing table
on time, we will transfer to you on or before every fifth of the month.

What teachers must do for preparing the trial lesson?

For comprehensive learners, the trial should include listening practicing, reading for
pronunciation checking, dialogue, video, chatting questions designing.

What should I bring to the lesson every time?

Signing table and materials should be printed out and brought to every each time of lessons.
This signing table is extremely important, for the customers will pay base on it. Both the teacher
and the student need to sign the table.

Regulations for being late or absent
Being late

*In a month, for each customer, your accumulated time of being late should be fewer than 30
minutes in total. Each time should be fewer than 10mins.

you still have to extend time to fulfill the original time length.
*If you do a no-show without notifying the customers one day before, you will not only lose that
lesson's pay, but extra 600 dollars will be taken off from your monthly pay.
*If you already notice you will be late, no matter how late it could be, inform the student and the
company in the line group how late you may be asap.
*If you cannot make it on time at the original time setting, please let the student and company
know in advance, in that case we can change your teaching time with the customers.
*Definition of being on time: arriving 3-5 minutes before the session time.

Emergency absent
*Only in an emergency situation it is allowed to ask for a sudden day-off, hospital proof is
needed.

General absent requiring

*If you need to ask for a day-off, please send message in the line group, to let the student and
the company know at least one day (24 hours) before the cases. Offering a substitute options or
make-up lesson time options are highly suggested. If you inform the company and students
under 24 hours causes us have no enough time for informing the parents/ student (which means
they haven’t answered the phone and message), the teacher still has responsibility to go for the
case. If you don’t go, you will not only lose that lesson's pay, but extra penalty will be taken off
from your monthly pay.
* If you inform me for arranging a day-off between 12-23 hours before the case, "600 dollars*
session hour" will be taken off from your monthly payment.
* if you inform me for arranging a day-off between 0-12 hours before the case, "800 dollars*
session hour" will be taken off from your monthly payment.

Regulations for being late or absent
Vacation or longer absent asking

* If you need to have consecutive day-off (0 to 2weeks), let me know at least one week before
that day. Or 1000 NT dollars per case will be taken off from your monthly payment.
*When is payment
If you need transferred?
to have consecutive day-off like summer vacation (more than 2 weeks), let me
know at least 4 weeks before that day. Or 2000 NT dollars per case will be taken off from your
monthly payment. If you have a vacation planned but with no precise date, you can inform the
company with the general time, for instance the end of June or start of July. Once you have
checked the date, inform us two weeks before your setting off. If the date hasn't been informed
before two weeks, 600 NT dollars/per case will be taken off from your monthly payment.

Regulations for Leaving Job

* You won't get any penalty from terminating teaching if the contract is expired and you send
text notification to the clients and the company 1 month before.
* If you need to terminate your case, you should notify the company and the client at least one
month before the day you leave. Or 3000 NT dollars per case will be taken off from your monthly
payment as compensation. If you find a replacing teacher and are taken by the clients, the
compensation can drop to 1500 NT dollars per case.
* If you need to terminate the lesson when the contract hasn't expired, it is taken as you breach
the contract. The penalty will be as following below in penalty for terminating before expiring.

Penalty for terminating before expiring

* Long term promise ( longer than a year promise)
(5000 TWD per case) x (number of months you haven't finished)
For instance, if you promise for 12 months, and you decide to leave 2 month early. The penalty will be 10,000 TWD for
that case .
* Short term promise( 3-6 months)
(6000 TWD per case) x (number of months you haven't finished)
For instance, if you promise for 3 months, and you decide to leave 1 month early. The penalty will be 6,000 TWD for that
case .
