I. Objective
At the end of the lesson, the learners are expected to:
Explain the various types of management theories (ABM_AOM11- Ia-b-2)

II. Subject Matter

Topic : Nature and Concept of Management
Reference : Organization and Management for Senior High School Textbook
Materials: book, chalk & board, laptop, projector

III. Procedure
Pre- Activity
- Prayer
- Checking of Attendance and Physical Classroom Environment
A. Activity
Pictures will be shown and let the students identify what “ theory” does the pictures
represent (lesson in Science & Economics)

B. Analysis
1. How did you feel about the activity?
2. Were you able to identify the theories represented by the pictures?
 3. What then is the connection of those theories with our lesson for today?

Activity 2 :

Learners will discuss the topics given to them the last day.

C. Abstraction

Discuss and explain further the different Management Theories.

D. Application
1. Select one of the four principles of scientific management. How is this principle
relevant in the business environment at present?
IV. Evaluation
