Call to Order
Maam Everlina Santiago called the defense to order by presenting the members of the panel and
the minute recorder. After which, she introduced the proponent.

Presentation and Oral Defense

Maam Everlina Santiago set the tone of the defense by asking the proponent to present her
Completed Basic Research.

Comments and suggestions

Maam Everlina Santiago appreciated the proponent for the Completed Research which is
considered timely and relevant.

Title:
Since the research is a Basic Research which aims to give solution, indicate on the title the
offshoot of the research such as:
“Assessment on the ICT Technical Literacy of Elementary Teachers in Utilizing Softwares and
Gadgets at Quezon District: Basis for What”

Content:
In terms of the rationale, the proponent should provide supporting details and ideas about the
purpose of the study. The introduction should contain statements that discuss about the purpose of the
study.
RRL:
The proponent should also check the RRL and include the most significant ones.

Present the selected software included in the study.
Conclusions
The conclusions should be presented in a paragraph manner. Provide further explanation in every
variable in the conclusion to have a more comprehensive presentation.
Disseminations:
Include the presentation of the study during this colloquium as part of the dissemination
attachments.
