Periods of Indian Art

1. Ancient Period 3900 BCE – 1200 CE

- Evidences of early civilization:
• bronze and copper statuettes
• steatite seals
- These evidences show vigor and concern for surface texture as constantly characterized in
Indian art.
- AJANTA CAVES - Paintings and sculptures are considered to be masterpieces of Buddhist
religious art, as well as frescos that are reminiscent of the Sigiriya paintings in Sri Lanka.

2. Classical Period 5th – 6th centuries
- SHIVA the destroyer, develops into Shiva the Cosmic-dancer represented by a four- armed
figure. One hand holds the fire with which he destroys. Another holds a drum, which is the first
sound heard in the world during creation.The third arm points up in a reassuring gesture. 
Fourth arm points down to the dwarf in which he dances to.

3. Islamic Ascendancy or Transitional Period 1192 – 1757
- This was the period of evolution from Vedism into Hinduism or Brahmanism. The two great
Indian epics: the Mahabharata and the Ramayana emerged in this period.

4. Mogul Period 16th Century

- Moguls contributed to the enrichment of Indian culture, in painting and in architecture. The most
splendid example is the Taj Majal. TAJ MAJAL was built in 1632 by Shah Jahan in memory of his
wife.

2. Hinati ang buong bansa sa 42 na nome na may tig-iisang Nomarch.
3. Mataas ang paggalang ng mga ehipsyo sa mga patay. Napatunayan ito sa mga labi na hindi
nabubulok at napanatili ang kaayusan ng katawan sa loob ng matgal na panahon.
4. Ang mga Ehipsyo ay Poloteismo pagdating sa kanilang relihiyon dahil sila ay naniiwala sa
maraming diyos.
5. Pamayanang may makasariling pamahalaan

7. Mahalaga ang pamumuno ni Menes sa Ehipto dahil sila ay makapang-yarihan at mayayaman na
pamilya sa Ehipto at si menes rin ay isa sa pinaka unang pharaoh sa panahon ng mga unang
dinistansya ng Egypt.
8. Ang Ilog Nile o Nile River ay may maraming benepisyo sa mga taga Ehipto. Maliban sa dito
umusbong ang ehipsyo at ito ang pinagkukunan ng tubig para sa iba't ibang gawain, ang lupain sa
palibot ng Ilog Nile ay puno ng mga sustansiya na maraming magandang dulot sa mga pananim ng
mga naninirahan doon. Ilan sa mga karaniwang pananim doon ay trigo, flax, at papyrus

1. What are the difference of conductor and insulator?

 Both conductors and insulators are practically opposite in terms of property and
functionality.
 Conductors allow free flow of electrons from one atom to another; insulators restrict
free flow of electrons.
 Conductors allow electrical energy to pass through them, whereas insulators do not
allow electrical energy to pass through them.
 Conductors have high conductivity whereas insulators have low conductivity.

Gawain 1.
1. Islang naiwan ng kahapon o Paraisong Salat. Labing Isang isla na tila nakalimutan ng
panahon. Ito ay nagging lagusan ng mga pirata na minsang tinawag na No Man’s Island
2. Dahil sa hirap ng buhay sa isla walang tubig, walang kuryente, walang health center at
walang eskwelahan..
3. Sa isla walang tubig, walang kuryente, walang health center at walang eskwelahan. Para
makapasok sa eskwelahan hinihintay nila ang kanilang ama kaya late na silang pumasok
sa eskwela at isang oras pa silang magsasagwan para makarating sa pampang at ang baon
nila ay isda na kelangan pa nilang ibenta at inaabot ulit sila ng halos isang oras bago
makarating sa paaralan. Kahirapan ang isa sa mga sanhi kung bakit nahihirapan silang
makapag aral.
4. Kumukunti na ang nakukuha nilang mga isda.
5. Sa lungsod dahil mas madaming opportunidad dito sa lungsod kesa sa isla.

Gawain 2.
Bilang mamamayan determinasyon, sipag at tiyaga upang makaahon sa hirap. Minsan hindi
pwedeng nakapag aral ka lang dapat marunong ka ding dumiskarte at handing subukin lahat ng
hamon ng buhay. Dapat din tayong tulungan ng gobyerno sa pamamagitan ng pagbigay ng trabaho at
tamang suweldo dahil isa ito sa kanilang mga tungkulin ang mapaunlad ang bansang pilipinas.
Kailangang malunasan kaagad ang kahirapan ng bansa para hindi na ito lumala pa.
