 TASK I

1. Visitor : Could you tell me how to get to main hall?

Nurse : From The main gate, go to straigh car park until you find an
entrance. Then you turn righ until you find an entrance. Then your
turn righ again. The main hall is there

2. Visitor : Can you tell me where Art studio is?

Nurse : From The main gate, go to straigh car park until you find an
entrance. Then you turn righ until you find an entrance. Then your
turn Left. This room is in front of you

3. Visitor : I’m looking for car park, how can i get there?
Nurse : From The main gate, go to straigh until you find the cars car park is
there

4. Visitor : Excuse me, can you tell me the way to fitness room please?
Nurse : From The main gate, go to straigh car park until you find an
entrance. Then you turn left. Then turn righ until ypu find squash
court, go to straigh again, This room is in front of you

TASK II

1. Visitor : Excuse me sir…

Nurse : Yess… What can I do For You?
Visitor : Could you tell me how to get to maternity unit?
Nurse : Oohhh… From the entrance, there is the reception room, you turn
left. Then you go up the stairs. After that turn left. Maternity unit
near the station nurse and waiting room.
Visitor : Ok. Thank you
Nurse : You are wellcome

2. Visitor : Excuse me… Can You Tell me where the stations nurse ICU is?
Nurse : Well.. You can go upstairs. Until you find a the security. Then turn
right. Opposite the Phisiotherapy unit

3. Visitor : Could you tell my how to get to canteen?

Nurse : oh.. from the nurse station go to straight, then you turn right, until
You find the scurity room, go straight again, until you see stairs, then
You go down the stair. After that, you go straight until you see the
canteen room on your righ
4. Visitor : Excuse me… I am looking for the Emergency room.. How can I get
there?
Nurse : Well.. From the entrance, turn right, to the lift., opposite the
receptionis

5. Visitor : Could you tell my how to get to pediatric ward (on the floor 2) ?
Nurse : Ok.. From here go to straigh until you find the lift on your left, get in
the lift going up to the secound floor, afte that you can see nurse
station, then you turn left, can you see children play ground, you
have to turn left there, the pediatric ward is in front of you

6. Visitor : Excuse me, Can you tell me where the Operating room is?
Nurse : From the entrance, go along this, going up to lift. The operating
room opposite the physiotherapy unit.

7. Visitor : Excuse me, can you tell me the way to ICU?

Nurse : you have to enter the lift to the left of this room, going up to the
secound floor, afte that you can see nurse station, then you turn left,
can you see the ICU the pediatric ward is in right of you

8. Visitor : Excuse me. Can you tell me the way to the entrance to the class 1 ?
Nurse : Well.. from here you go along straigh, until you find a lift, then you
have to turn left, then turn left again, you can find class 1 room in
right of you

9. Visitor : Excuse me, Could you tell my how to get to laboratory?

Nurse : you have to enter the lift to the left of this room, going down to the
first floor, then yout exit from the lift, you can the laboratory

10. Visitor : Excuse me, Could you tell my how to get to admission room?
Nurse : you exit from this room then you turn left is in right of you
