Primary Parent Teacher Interviews, Aldinga

Term 2 2022

Dear families,

We are offering Parent Teacher interviews on Zoom next Term. This will be a wonderful
opportunity for you to chat with your child’s teacher/s and hear about your child’s progress
so far this year.

Week 1
Wednesday 4th May 3:45pm – 7:30pm
Thursday 5th May 3:45pm – 7:30pm

If these time slots do not work for you, please contact your child's teacher to make an
alternative arrangement.

Process:

1. Please book through schoolinterviews.com.au. Bookings are open.

2. You will receive a Zoom link in Class Dojo Messages on the afternoon of the
interview.
3. Please go into the link when it is your meeting time.
4. When you click on the link you will be in a waiting room until the teacher is ready to
meet.
5. Your child’s teacher will admit you to the meeting. Please turn on your microphone
and camera.
6. At the conclusion of your interview, your child’s teacher will end your portion of the
Zoom meeting then remain on the same Zoom link for the next family. Apologies, but
you will be unable to re-enter the meeting.

Zoom App Recommended

We recommend you download the free app onto your device before the meeting. Please
note schools are exempt from the 40 minute time limit.

Phone Call Meetings

We understand there may be a need to arrange a phone call meeting instead of Zoom. If you
prefer, please choose the option to have a phone interview on the first page of
teacherinterviews.com.au and also send a Dojo message to your child’s teacher.
12 Minute Interviews
Teachers will provide a 12 minute interview. The intermediate time will be needed to manage
meeting scheduling. If you require a longer conversation, please make a time after school to
meet in the following week.

Trouble Shooting
On the evening if there are any technical difficulties when meeting on Zoom, please
communicate to your child’s teacher through Class Dojo Messages.
