NOTES
After completion of your training period, you will be on probation for a period of 6 months from the date of joining which may be further extended at the sole discretion of the company. You will be deemed to be on probation till the time you
receive a letter of confirmation in writing from the management. Probation completion is based on your performance as well.
The exact designation annexure may vary depending upon the process hired for.
Employees will be eligible for standard PMS cycles (April/October) and procedures after completing 24 months of employment (excluding training phase).
Employer and employee contribution (ESI & PF) will be deducted from the monthly salary and will be reflected in the salary slip.
Retention bonus will be disbursed on a monthly basis after 12 months lock-in on a pro-rated on basis of attendance. E.g. retention bonus held in March 2021 will be disbursed with salary of March 2022. For eligibility, the employee must be on
the rolls of the company at the time of retention dirbursal.
There is a mandatory 24 month service agreement applicable after completion of training period (24 months + training time in case of hiring as a Trainee).
Regular evaluation will be conducted for all employees from time to time.
Employees may choose to opt for Group Health Insurance scheme. The premium is not part of the CTC and will be payable by the employee
MINIMUM CRITERION & EVALUATION PROCESS
Full Time Graduation and Post Graduation (MBA/ PGDBM)
Minimum 60% throughout academics.
Gap between the study should not be of more than 2 years
Evaluation process includes: Common Aptitude Test + Technical Assessment + HR Round. May vary depending upon process/candidate.
