Dear Sunil Deshmukh,

We are pleased to inform you that your Compensation Revision and Performance Pay for the calendar year 2015 i.e. April
2015 – December’ 2015 has been done. As you are aware of the Performance Appraisal System followed in our Company for
Officers in respect of compensation revision and performance pay. The performance pay consists of two elements: Business
and individual performance. The ratio between the two components for different responsibility bands is given for your
reference:

Based on the business and individual performance during the year CY ‘15 you will be paid Performance Pay as per below:

Accordingly, your total performance pay for CY‘15 works out to Rs.56891/-
The Payment of Bonus Act is amended and accordingly you will be eligible for the payment of bonus based on the allocable
surplus and the percentage of bonus declared by the Company. Considering this change your CTC is restructured by
combining the Bonus & the Performance Pay w.e.f. 1st August 2015 by keeping the CTC as it is and based on the same the
salary revision is worked out, which is enclosed herewith. As and when the bonus shall be declared & paid, the paid
Performance Pay shall be adjusted against the total payment of Bonus.
As a part of the appraisal process you have been appraised on your overall annual performance which is a combination of
your performance as well as your leadership potential assessment. You have been assessed as having performed at “S” is
level for CY’15.
Consequent to the review, we are pleased to inform you that your Cost to Company (CTC) has been revised with effect from
1st April 2016. All details regarding your revised CTC are enclosed in Annexure A.
Kindly treat this review as confidential and personal to you, which should not be shared with anyone.We are sure that by
overall continuous improvements accomplished and efforts towards cost cutting, focus on productivity, we will be able to
achieve the set targets in CY’16.
