Motor and controller price are included.

►厂方可为采购方提供场地规划、设计的图纸，提供所需的技术资料以及后续设备指导安装、调试的
技术支持；
The supplier offers site planning diagram, design and necessary technical documents. Instructive
installation and technical support also offered by supplier.
►以上报价不包含技术支持费用，厂方可免费对采购方派员到公司学习的提供技术培训并安排食宿；
The technical support charge cost is not included in the above-mentioned price. The
accommodation, dining and training course for the trainee sent by purchaser will be offered freely.
 商务条款/Commercial
Terms(二)
►付款方式为：预付款30%，提货时一次性付清余款；
30% of total should be paid as advanced payment. The rest should be paid before delivery.
►此报价不包含发电机组到控制室的电缆线；
The cable cost between generator and control cabin is excluded.
►此报价不包含控制室到电机的电缆线
The cable cost between control room and motor is excluded.
►基础材料(混凝土基础或者钢结构基础)费用以及喂料机料仓的费用由买方负责；
The material (concrete and steel structure for foundation) cost for building the feeding hopper is
offered by purchaser.
►基础材料(混凝土基础或者钢结构基础)费用以及中间料仓的费用由买方负责
The material (concrete and steel structure for foundation) cost for building the middle hopper is
offered by purchaser.
►安装人工成本由买方提供；
The labor cost (for installation) is offered by the purchaser.
►安装所需要的挖机和起重等设备由买方负责；
The rent cost for excavator and motor crane are offered by the purchaser.
►以上报价有效期为30天。
The quotation is valid within 30 days.

►大型机器及配件裸装，做好防水、防潮、防腐蚀措施；
Waterproofing, moisture proof and anti-corrosive paint were taken for these nude pack
machines and spare parts.
 电器部分/Electronic Parts

►电机、电器，电控、油站、元件及合适尺寸的主机零部件铁皮箱包装；
Motor, Electrical components，Controller, Oil station and proper size spare parts are put in
the Iron box.
 加固/Fix

►散装货物或柜装货物装好后，再由专业的人员进行固定；
After these equipments were put into the container, some professional measures will be
taken to fix them.
