o Prepare plans and operation programs for all plastic production machines and handle
the daily production process.
o Prepare production reports that contain operating and stopping rates, optimum performance
rates for machines and analyzing operating conditions. (MCI, Operation KPi’s, Machine
Utilization, OEE, Machine Depreciation).
o Ensure that the production will be cost effective by estimating costs and negotiating and
agreeing budgets with both clients and managers.
o Make sure that health and safety standards, industrial safety and occupational safety
instructions are being strictly followed.
o Managing customer relationships and sourcing orders from both existing and new clients.
