3. Details of the Incident

On August 26, 2022, Mrs. Mamata Naik, Daughter of Late. Keshari Naik, was heavily injured while
crossing the traffic. According to the eye witness, we got to know that Mrs. Naik was crossing the road
according to the traffic rules when a heavily loaded car hit Mrs. Naik. That car was not obeying the traffic
rules according to the public. So, at the spot, he was heavily injured and became senseless. The locals
rushed to the spot and took the injured to the nearby hospital . An investigation and a complaint have
been registered against the car owner, having the car number OD19L0016.
