1. Proceed to the CPDO- 3 minutes ALFREDO L. CABANTAC


Go to a frontline staff or and present your Zoning Officer I
Business License Application Form

2. Review of documents- 3 minutes ALFREDO L. CABANTAC


Zoning official check the location Zoning Officer I
Of the business against the Land Use Plan.

3. Payment of Fees- 5 minutes ALFREDO L. CABANTAC


Proceed to the City Treasurer’s Office Zoning Officer I
and pay the requisite fees and secure
an Official Receipt (OR)

4. Submission of Requirements- 3 minutes ALFREDO L. CABANTAC


Present the Official Receipt (OR) to the CPDO Zoning Officer I
And submit all requirements

5. Preperation of Endorsement Letter- 5 minutes ALFREDO L. CABANTAC

6. Approval- 3 minutes ENGR. RIZAL M. BINENE


The Zoning Administrator approves the Zoning Officer IV

8. Proof of ownership of the land
9. Other requirements from Bldg. Permit/Land Classification
