GUIDELINES ON ON-LINE FINAL EXAMINATION


Under Level 1 starting March 1, 2022

I. PROCEDURE

1. The student should have submitted to AIDE the module test/s for the subject/s he is going
to take the test for.

2. The student then schedules his online examination a week before he intends to take the
actual exam and wait for confirmation from AIDE. No confirmation, no exam.
Examination days are Tuesdays, Thursdays and Friday only with the following Philippine
time:

Tuesday and Thursday

10 a.m – 11:30 a.m. 10:30 am – 12:00 noon 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. 2:30p.m. – 4:00p.m.

Friday

10 a.m – 11:30 a.m. 10:30 am – 12:00 noon 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Examination for only two subjects are allowed per day.

3. The student should specify and inform AIDE what application he will use to avoid
inconvenience. These are: google hangouts, Skype, (add aide_foun@yahoo.com) for
hangouts, and aidefoundation@outlook.com for skype. Make a video call. Webcam is to
be open during the entire examination.

4. The student is not allowed to stand or do any other things during the examination proper.

5. The student who takes the final exam online will not be given a re-test in case he
fails the exam and will be given a grade of 5.0. He has to re-enroll again the
subject/s in the succeeding term.

6. AIDE has the right to terminate or not to credit the exam if these procedures are not met.
Online exam is a priviledge given to student, it is not a right.
II. GENERAL GUIDELINES

1. A PRINTER WITH SCANNER IS A MUST FOR ONLINE EXAMINATION, without this we


can’t allow the student to take the exam.

2. The duration of the on-line examination is 1 ½ hours maximum and depends on what
subject the student is going to take. The proctor shall informed the students what time he
should finished the exam. The student is not allowed to browse his modules or any other
reference materials. This is to ensure the integrity of the examination.

3. Make sure that the webcam is facing you to enable AIDE to see your body or a side-
view thereof. (A separate webcam should be purchased and made available.)

4. Observe proper etiquette by choosing an appropriate place and attire for the exam.

5. Final exams that have been sent are for personal viewing of the student only and should
be deleted after the examination proper.
