1) Brownpet &
2) Samalkot

Date - 27th of September

Novena - from 18th to 26th at 6.30pm in our Brownpet Chapel

Eucharistic Celebration -27th of September, Sunday at 8.30am in our Parish Church

Celebrant - Rev. Fr. Dominic Savio- our parish priest

Participants - Samalkot boarders 10, our parish children 36, Brownpet boarders 25,
so total No of children 70.

In preparation for the feast: From August every Sunday children will be enriched with the
talk on Little Way of Spiritual Childhood & will be instilled in them how to bring sanctity
within the reach of all. Also they will be encouraged to make little sacrifices like our little
Therese did so that it may remain in them till the end of their life and bring others also
close to Jesus.

Date - 1st. October
In charge Sr.Mira ( as being a formation house Sr.Mira is taking classes for
candidates on the life of St.Therese)
(Celebration in the community).

7) Bangalore
Feast St. Therese – 1st October 2015
1. We will pray the Tridum meaningfully and prepare it creatively.
2. We will prepare a tree in which we pin the petals made out of sacrifices,
make a bouquet out of it and carry it during the Offertory.
3. We will have Adoration and Holy Mass in the Morning on 31 st.
4. There will be Quiz on St. Therese – prepared by Srs. Meeta Dabhi and
Raji K. on 31st evening.
5. All of us will wear Roses (pin on our Saree) as we go in procession for
Mass.

11) Poomkavu

Programmes on October 1st,    the Celebration of the Feast of Our  dear St. Therese of
the child Jesus. 
Programme in our Parish level.
 

1.       Decorated statue of St. Therese will be placed in the centre part of the church
altar. (Sr. Vincy and CML children)

2.      Solemn Holy Mass at 6.45 a.m. with prayer of the Faithful and offertory.( By
cml members)

3.      After the Mass hoisting of the CML flag by the parish priest and the Mission
Anthem will be sung.

4.      Distribution of sweets to all those who will be coming for the Mass.
 
 
Programmes in the school.
 
 Little Flower League of our school has decided to celebrate the
Feast of St. Therese with all its gaiety.  The celebrations will be on 2nd of October.
 
9.30 a.m.              - Hoisting of the Flag and followed by Mission Anthem.
10.00 a.m.            - Holy Mass.  Offered by Fr. form OCD.
                                  We have decided to have it in a most solemn way.

Prayers of the Faithful -
For both the groups will have oath taking and blessing of the batches. We will
teach them the hymn of Little Flower to be sung during Mass. We can take the
batches manual for offertory will think over

Thank you sister you can give me your suggestions. We will still think about it to
plan better if possible. Since new groups please excuse us. Still collecting and
getting their names enrolled. Today some more families to be visited.

13) Madurai

Today 7th August, the Catholic students of our school were initiated to LFL under the leadership of
Sr.Smitha Kochuparambil. We had a solemn Eucharistic celebration at 11.15 a.m. by Rev. Fr. Jerome,
Principal, St.John’s Matric. Hr. Sec. School Madurai. The members took oath after communion. All the
sisters & Catholic staff witnessed it.
The celebration of the feast of St.Therese is planned for 16 th October as the animator will be away on 1 st
October. The entire community came together on 6 th August to plan for the celebration. We have
planned to have triddum in preparation for it during the morning assembly from 13 th to 15th as we
cannot have nine continuous days for the novena.

N.B. The communities at Agonda, Kalamassery, Kalina, Medavakkam and


Palayamkottati hve not yet succeeded in realizing this project. They have
promised to do their best (except Kalina) to form LFL in these areas in the coming
year.
