1. What are the objectives of your lesson?

a. Define what an essay is as well as its parts
b. Use an essay to express their feelings and emotions
c. Create informative essay using relevant information that is carefully selected and
organized

2. How did you feel as you teach to your class the concept in a specific learning area for a
specified period/time?
I strongly believe that if you made the student feel like you enjoys what you are doing,
they will do the same. I managed to run my class smoothly and actively.

3. Did the students/pupils accomplish the goals you planned for this class? Identify the things
that went well during the lesson
Yes, all the students are able to participate and cooperate actively in class. They
were also able to do tasks properly.

4. What strategies did you use to develop the lesson? (Based from indicators 1-3 of the COT)
I managed to integrate history in my class by introducing to them the late Miriam
Defensor Santiago and her role in the Philippine Government.
I used lerning tasks and activities that are relevant to my lesson. I also made us of
slide decks, video and pictures to promote better and enhanced learning.

5. What did you do that specifically contributed to the success of the lesson? (Based from
indicators 4-7)
The teacher asked the students to clean their learning area before starting the lesson,
She also advised the students to go to a place with proper ventilation and a place that
would be conducive for learning.
The tacher also promoted an attitude of positive reinforcement by saying “very good”
and “outstanding”.

6. Is there anything that did not work well-that you disliked about the way the class went? What
you could do differently next time to get the same or a better result?
The only thing that did not work out is my difficulty in editing the video lesson. It is
time consuming and it takes too long to render. But other than that, I think the lesson
went well. I can do better next time.
I also had a hard time in having proper voice articulation and correct gestures.

7. What would you like to focus for the next observation? What area or aspect of your teaching
would you like to explore further, seek additional information or obtain additional feedback?
How can I help you to accomplish your next goal?
Next time, I will spend more time in enhancing my videos to make it more
comprehensive and learn how to articulate my voice.
