1. A present, what could be the possible impacts of modern human societies on

traditional cultures and natural habitats? Would these impacts lead to generate
new or modified ethnobotanical knowledge?

Small-scale communities or components of cultures that are inherited from

indigenous and often extremely old cultural traditions are referred to as "traditional."
The term "modern" refers to activities associated with the industrial method of
production or the growth of large-scale, frequently colonial cultures. In today's
world, these coexist. Plants produce gardens, plant life is the garden, and greenness
creates landscapes, while effective, inspiring, and sensory planting plans support
not only energizing foliage and color, but also the wildlife that helps to rejuvenate
these critical settings. Richly planted gardens, roof terraces, and large-scale
landscapes can be designed and built to transmit enduring planting ideas with
limitless permutations, interpretations, juxtapositions, and different growth
circumstances, whether elegantly architectural, wildly rural, or sculpturally
miniature. Human-caused environmental changes are causing regional
combinations of environmental variables that, within the next few years, may push
many of a region's terrestrial plants outside of their evolutionary boundaries. These
environmental changes could be a bigger factor in worldwide species loss than
habitat destruction.

2. If you are going to design of your own plant, what could be its attributes
(morphological) to stand with the changing culture?

The term "genetic engineering" refers to a new sort of genetic manipulation.

It refers to the deliberate introduction of a foreign gene or genes into an organism's
DNA. A gene is a piece of DNA that contains information that determines which
traits an organism will have. The constraints of traditional plant breeding do not
apply to genetic engineering. Genetic engineering is the process of physically
removing DNA from one creature and transferring the gene(s) for one or more traits
to another. The sexual barrier between species is overcome because crossing is not
required. As a result, plant features can be transferred from any living organism. This
method is also more specific in that it allows a plant to have only one attribute
added to it. There are ways to consider setting a new and appropriate feature of
the morphology of the new plant breed like the following: DNA Extraction wherein
you are going to select a DNA of a selected plant breed appropriate to the climate
and habitat then Gene Cloning to separate the single gene of interest from the rest
of the genes extracted and make thousands of copies of it. Then, Gene Designing,
this is done in a test tube by cutting the gene apart with enzymes and replacing
gene regions that have been separated. The modified gene is now ready for the
fourth step in the process, transformation, or gene insertion, the new gene is inserted
into some of the cells using various techniques. The fifth and final part of producing
a genetically engineered crop is backcross breeding. Transgenic plants are crossed

with elite breeding lines using traditional plant breeding methods to combine the
desired traits of elite parents and the transgene into a single line. The offspring are
repeatedly crossed back to the elite line to obtain a high yielding transgenic line.
The result will be a plant with a yield potential close to current hybrids that expresses
the trait encoded by the new transgene. The entire genetic engineering process is
basically the same for any plant. The length of time required to complete all five
steps from start to finish varies depending upon the gene, crop species, available
resources, and regulatory approval.
