1. Start your day with warm water with turmeric.

If you wanna workout, substitute


this with black coffee.
2. Between 8-9 a.m.- take any fruit as per your choice. It's a substitute of sugar.
3. Between 11-12 a.m.- take oats.
4. Between 2-3 p.m. - take dry fruits and pea nuts.
5. Between 5- 6 p.m. - take 1 bowl of lentil soup.
6. Between 7-8 p.m. - this must be your last meal. Take 1 full plate of bulgar
wheat (daliya) with 1 full plate of green vegetable dish.
