I engaged to develop my core competency: accountability, decision making, and

asking the right questions to accomplish the results. I tend to leverage my time
and energy to work effectively and efficiently I have always delivered my work
with top quality and always before time to ensure the smooth functioning of the
planning my managers make. I not only ensure discipline but I believe I have set
the bar for high-performance work culture, built on best practices. Many a time
when my fellow colleagues have failed to deliver some priority work, my managers
have nominated me to take responsibility for the task and deliver it within the
stipulated time to have the desired outcome. My ability to multi-task has not only
improved my speed and productivity but also made me better at time management and
tackling complex tasks. For this very reason, I have extended my support to my
colleagues many a time in helping and completing their tasks within the required
SLAs.
