spend, do not require complete facilities, and environment friendly.
 Active Recreation which are activities that is more physical (Can Burn
Calories), more time to spend, required facilities/area and need to disturb the
environment.

These recreations can be done indoor or outdoor. Indoor recreational activities are
the things that you do for fun and enjoyment in the comfort of your home, the gym, or
any other covered area while, Outdoor recreational activities are the things that you do for
fun and enjoyment in an open area.

Currently, we are in the battle against the risk of covid19. This pandemic threatened
the lives of mankind. To prevent the harmful effect of covid19, it is a wise decision for us
to find ways on how to make ourselves protected from the deteriorating effect of the virus.
Having a balanced diet, exercise, and enough rest will help us able to withstand the risk
of possible infection of the virus. Also, engaging in an active indoor recreational activity
may help us maintain our fitness during these times of pandemic. In short, let us maintain a
healthy lifestyle. The game Volleyball was invented by William G. Morgan way back in 1895.
