Background and Rationale of the Planned JEL


In my latest IPCRF, I got a rating of 3 in my basic education services under the diversity of learners and assessment and
reporting which are very important in the delivery of my lesson for my students. To utilize the effectiveness of my teaching strategies,
I need to learn new strategies and intervention programs because these are the most reliable ways to address the difficulties of
various concerns in learning delivery and focus on providing a new teaching strategy that fits our new normal situation.

To utilize the effectiveness of teaching strategies, I must attend LAC sessions provided by the school conducted every month.
Then every session each of us provides outputs so that we are having practice and my head teacher will monitor how I teach my
lesson and accept in a positive way the possible feedback
