1. Real-time monitoring system for seed delivery, inspection and distribution (RCEF Seed
Monitoring System)
2. Regular bi-monthly meetings with the central office and other branch stations for
updates and progress monitoring

Agency's Good Practices


1. Conduct of trainings using blended modality (combination of online especially lectures and
face-to-face for practicum and demonstration activities.
2. To ensure quality results of the training, criteria in the selection of participants was
formulated (TOT)
3. Closed coordination and collaboration with the OPA/OMA (PA, MAO, MA, AT), DA attached
agencies like PhilRice, PhilMech, BPI NSQCS, NFA in the implementation of the activities
especially in the face-to-face activities. Since travel is very difficult due to travel restrictions,
training supplies especially materials needed in the microteaching activities are sent through
courier services ahead of time.
4. All the minimum health protocols were applied/supplied by the center and even the venue
were required to provide the necessary tools and equipment (humidifier, alcohol, temperature
scanner, etc.) to ensure the health safety not only of the participants but also the training
management team.
5. Video presentations of various agencies involved in the implementation of the information
caravans were used during the activity.
6. Information caravans were conducted as community-based to prevent physical movement
as a precautionary measure to avoid the spread of CoViD-19.
7. Utilizing ATI LSA, and farm schools for practicum on the TOT activities.
