Minimum Monthly Commitment
• Acronis Cyber Cloud requires a minimum purchase commitment, called Minimum Monthly Commitment
• Acronis Cyber Cloud licenses have different prices for different tiers: highest prices for Tier 1 and the lowest
for Tier 5
• The switch to the next Minimum Monthly Commitment with new prices applicable from the next month
• The Minimum Monthly Commitment can only be decreased by a mutual agreement between the parties
