Letter of Authorization

To all it may concern,

JEDU GENERAL TRADING FZT, rightfully the Authorized distributor of Suzuki, Volkswagen, Toyota, Nissan,
Mitsubishi and Mercedes Automobiles hereby authorize Bean Addis general trading PLC established
under the Ethiopian law based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia on non-exclusive basis to import of Suzuki,
Volkswagen, Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi and Mercedes within Ethiopia. The authorization is valid from
May 20, 2022 to May 20, 2023. The authorization can be cancelled by giving notice of 90 days from
either side.
