Minutes of the Regular Monthly Meeting of the Sangguniang Kabataan of
Barangay Lonoy Cainsican, Inabanga,Bohol held on the 20 th day of July 2019
at Lonoy Cainsican Barangay Session Hall, Inabanga, Bohol.

I. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by the Presiding Officer at exactly1:30 in
the afternoon.
II. OPENING PRAYER
The opening prayer was led by SK Kag. Carlos Celis.
III. SINGING OF HYMS
The singing of hyms was conducted by SK Kag. Predisa V. Millanes.
IV. ROLL CALL
The presiding officer roll called the SK Members. After he roll called all
are present so the presiding officer declared quorum.
V. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FROM THE LAST MEETING
Cathy Marie Suarez read the minutes from the previous meeting. There
is no comment from the last meeting so the minutes was approved.
VI. PREVILEGE TIME
The PO expressed his/her thanks to the Members for coming/attending
the meeting for a short period of time.
VII. CALENDAR OF BUSINESS
A. UNFINISHED BUSINESS-None
B. BUSINESS FOR THE DAY
B.1. Discussion of the Information to be tackle about the Dengue outbreak in
Inabanga.

VIII. REFERRAL OF NEW MEASURES

1. The presiding officer read the letter from the Brgy. Captain to be
dispensed to the SK Members. He informed the body about the value of
cleanliness in every houses especially that our Municipality is in the 2 nd rank of
Dengue outbreak.
2. The PO introduced the upcoming Linggo ng Kabataan.
IX. COMMITTEE REPORTS
1. Committee on Education and Culture- Chris Jane Millanes
2.Commitee on Health- Mayla A. Anzano
Only two committes has reported in their field since it has more concerning
issues.

XI. ADJOURNMENT
SK Kagawad Ma. Mecca Calape move to adjourn the meeting it was duly
seconded by SK Kagawad Gero Calape.
XII. CLOSING PRAYER
The closing prayer was led by SK Kagawad Jaynalen Milla.
