 The ways wherein the community health
nurses can manifest professionalism, integrity and
excellence in the field of work is when the nurses
show compassion, commitment, empathy, and
providing top quality care to patients. One of the
ways that the community health nurses manifest
those values is when they put the patients first by
focusing and giving them care with a thorough
understanding of what the patients concerns and
preferences. This also include to treat the patient
with respect, compassion and kindness, with these
the community health nurses will strengthen and
expand their core professional qualities.
In addition Community Health Nurses can
manifest professionalism is by simply putting care
above all, nursing came into becoming because of
the need of human beings for care in times of need,
that includes being responsible and accountable in
which provides a good relationship not only with
patients but also with co-workers. Every day, in
healthcare centers across the country, nurses are
faced with a host of challenges, from patient care to
obligatory overtime and its impact on nursing staff,
there's still a lot to consider.
 With that being said, considering being truthful,
fair and having high moral values leads to displaying
integrity, that would keep you standing tall in
situations where your honesty, forthrightness,
capacity to withhold information, and overall
trustworthiness can be challenged. Lastly,
establishing excellence in one's field of work enables
one to think critically while exercising professional
and clinical judgment. Where an academic knowledge
base on clinical experience are used to improve skills
in the delivery of care to people, families,
communities, and populations.

As a nursing students, we learned our role

during this pandemic. We’ve been driven to wear that
white uniform and showcase the good attributes of a
nurse. So that, if a pandemic strikes again, we will be
prepared and able to rescue more lives. We all know
that community health nurses work to improve
community health and well-being, so how can we
fulfill this demand? We need confidence and a
commitment to provide high-quality care to patients
on a consistent basis. Confidence and willingness to
help and showcase the good attributes of a nurse.
