A simple congratulatory greeting would not justify your achievement especially on

how you struggled to make it to this graduation day, but still, congratulations to all
of you. Congratulations for what you achieved today, and for the last 12 years as
students. I am a witness since day one how you tried and tried everyday to learn and
do what you have to, under the roof of this school, your alma mater, Caraga National
High School.
You are heading to a more exciting and challenging path, but please, never stop
chasing your dreams. Each of of you have great talents, potentials, and of course,
goals. As you spread your wings beyond the boundaries of this school, look into that
talent. Look into that potential, and go for that goal. What we have been doing for
the past four years is dedicated to give you the best life that you can have. But
without your hard work and your focus on that goal, everything will be void of
worth.
Graduates, look upon your parents. As much as this day is ultimately a celebration to
your success, but this day is also dedicated for the hard work of your parents. This is
the perfect time to appreciate what your parents have done for you, and this should
be your proud moment to say “ma, pa, graduate da ako”.
So as you go on and continue your adventure, please look upon the eyes of your
parents and realize that they have gone through the hardest situations that parents
go through for their children. Your parents face daily hardships and even sacrificed
themselves day by day just to give you a comfortable life. So please, as your second
mother, please do not put your parents’ sacrifice to waste. They have gone through
so much, but they are more than willing to face whatever there is, just to help you
achieve success, and see you happy in that achievement.
Take note, the world is much harder now, and challenges are much tougher now and
in the coming years. So do everything- do with all your might to achieve your goals…
but of course, under the eye of righteousness, and for the will of God.
When your faith subsides, remain a strong person, and look up to God. With all the
world’s challenges, they will challenge your faith and challenge your strength
Graduates, this day signifies a great success, but tomorrow starts another challenge.
Sabi nga nila, papunta palang kayo sa exciting na part. So please, bear with you good
values and discipline as you explore more this very tough world. We have done our
part, and now it is your choice to do yours, as you exit the doors of your high school
journey.
