4 of 12
Low Battery Symptom
• Electricity discharge of main battery

Action
1. Check main battery connection

2. Disconnect cable harness from the battery and check voltage

3. Replace main battery if charging status is below 50% than the

standard

5 of 12
Out of Control High Symptom
• Temperature went beyond Temp Fail Limit Set

Action
1. Check temp fail limit setting

2. Check temperature of the chamber by external logger

3. Check internal fans noise / abnormality

6 of 12
4. Check Eva Cycle Hour to increase / decrease evaporators
switching time, which shorten / lengthen each evaporator’s
operation time

5. Compressor status check

Compressor error when

signal off

7 of 12
6. When Comp signal off → Compressor idle status

• Check connection of the sensor

• Check resistance value of the sensor (see match table in the

service manual)

• Check red light signal on SSR

• Replace controller

7. When Comp signal on → Compressor working status

• Check comp ampere to confirm it between 2.5 and 3.5

• If the ampere is far below 2.0, then suspect gas leakage

• If the ampere is 0 or far above 4.5, the replace compressor.

Out of Control Low Symptom

• Temperature went below Temp Fail Limit set

Action

1. When Comp signal off → Compressor idle status

• No action required as the message will disappear quickly

2. When Comp signal on → Compressor working status

• Same as above ‘Compress status check’ procedure

Sensor Error Symptom
• Sensor disorder

Action
1. Check connection of the sensor

2. Check resistance value of the sensor (see match table in the

service manual), for example, 110Ω at 26 ℃

9 of 12
3. Replace the sensor

Temp Error Symptom

• Excessive temperature display, ie, 200 ℃

• Improper contact of sensor connection

Action
1. Check temperature of the chamber by external logger

2. Check resistance value of the sensor

3. Replace the sensor

Control Response Error Symptom

• Communication disorder between control board and touch board

Action
1. Open circuit distribution box and check connection

10 of 12
2. Check touch board connection

Fan 1, 2, 3,,, Error Symptom

• Inner fans operation failure

• Connection disorder on the distribution box

Action
1. Check fans operation by putting soft material in front of the fans

2. Check fan sensors on the relay board which is located in the

distribution box.

• Test step 1 - Make short circuit of the lead pins in the

insulator marked by red rectangular

• Test step 2 - It is determined ok if the Fan Error message is

gone whilst holding short

• Test step 3 - Replace fans if above step 2 meets necessary

and sufficient condition
