JOB SUMMARY
To implement cGMP at all process and areas during manufacturing to ensure that efficacy, safety,
purity and quality of product manufactured by Nipa Pharmaceuticals will meet specification
throughout the shelf life of the product.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Plan, organize and direct day-to-day operations to meet the company’s expectations for safety,
productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment and exceed our customers’ expectations.
2. Maintain safe and healthy work environment by ensuring regulatory and company standard and
practices are adhered to.
3. Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
4. Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
5. Effective analytical, planning, and organizational skills to track labor and cost across the
manufacturing departments.
6. Foster a culture of continual improvement and a focus on best practices.
7. Lead continuous process and systems improvements for future production efforts.
8. Work collaboratively with the other departments to ensure department and company objectives
are achieved.
9. Maintain transparent communication. Appropriately communicate information through
department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and appropriate email, and regular interpersonal
communication.
10. Coordinate team activities to help cross functional teams be more successful.
11. Formulate and implement manufacturing policies and programs to maintain and improve the
competitive position and profitability of the operation.
12. Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.
13. Model and promotes the company’s mission and values.

 Strong organizational and communication skills using speaking, hearing, writing, and vision
skills. This includes the ability to communicate with the internal and external customers
regarding production issues as and when required.
