geo technical investigation of the plot area; design calculations (Frame
Analysis and design) of all structural members in structural design
5 software’s such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000-v12 etc. or manual ZE/ZD
calculations should be from PEC registered consultant/architect;
the architectural firm shall issue a stability certificate that the design is as
per the international standards and the structure will be stable. All will be
at the end of ZE/ZD.

Submission of detailed design stamped and signed by registered

Architect with PCATP (Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners)

and registered engineer with PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council),
registered consulting firm with PCATP and PEC to CDA.

After CDA approval, possession of the site to be given by Islamabad

Technopolis.

NOC by Islamabad Technopolis for construction and for temporary

8 connection of electricity (25 KVa); this connection will be for construction STZ Authority
purposes only.

Construction of the building(s) by the ZE/ZD from PEC enlisted

contractors.

Construction supervision to be arranged by the ZE/ZD which would be

10 preferably from the designer or any other PEC registered Consultant
consultant/engineer

Post - Construction Activities

1 Mobilization ZE/ZD

3 Construction of Substructure ZE/ZD

4 Construction of Superstructure ZE/ZD

5 Brick Work ZE/ZD

6 Water supply Sanitary and Sewerage / Drainage Works ZE/ZD

7 Plaster ZE/ZD

8 Flooring and Ceiling ZE/ZD

9 Electrificaiton and HVAC System ZE/ZD

10 Paint, Finishing and Allied works ZE/ZD

11 Testing and Commissioning ZE/ZD

Building completion certificate by CDA and stability certificate to be issued

12 by the supervisory consultant/Architect and its submission to Islamabad STZ Authority
Technopolis.

NOC by Islamabad Technopolis for permanent connection of electricity

(this connection will be as per the need of the Zone Enterprise/Zone
13 Developer, water supply for drinking purposes (provision of underground ZE/ZD
water tank is necessary for water supply connection) and sewerage
connections.
