Sri Alivelu Manga Padmavati Sametha Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple ,

Macherla Town & Mandal , Palnadu District was published U /s.6 (c)(ii) of the Act ,
1987 vide this office proceedings issued in the reference 2nd cited,on the proposals
submitted by the then District Endowments Officer concerned in the reference 1st
cited .

Whereas , aggrieved by the above said orders , the Secretary of subject temple
has filed W.P.No.25991 of 2021 and the Hon'ble High Court of A.P. in its orders
dated 14.12.2021 has issued orders allowing the W.P by setting aside the said
proceedings leaving it open to the respondents to initiate such steps as are through
necessary , in accordance with the requirements of the Act , as set out in the Judgment ,
dated.22.11.2021 in W.P.No.10283 of 2021 .

The Hon'ble High Court in W.P.No.10283 /2021 has issued orders that , the
public charitable institution has to be registered U /s.43 of the Act by calling objections
from the persons having interest and then to publish the Temple U /s.6 of the Act .
Accordingly , Form -II notice was issued to the Secretary of subject temple and
other interested persons calling objections ,if any ,for registration of Sri Alivelu Manga
Padmavathi Samtha Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple , Macherla Town & Mandal ,
U /s.43 of the Act , 1987 within 15 days .

An enquiry was conducted on the personal hearing scheduled on 22.04.2022

and 27.04.2022 . The statements furnished by the Secretary / Person -in-Management of
the subject institution to the Assistant Commissioner , Endowments Department ,
Guntur ,the management reveals that the management is receiving donations from the

general public every year and the amounts have been mismanaged . The management
has not produced any accounts inspite of granting time . The temple is very busy and
has very high valuable land too .

In consideration of the above aspects , orders have been issued in the reference
4th cited , duly registering the subject institution U /s 44 of the Act 30 of 1987 to
prevent misuse of temple income receiving through hundials ,seva rusums etc. and by
way of offerings made by the general public visiting the temple in a sense of devotion
and reverential attitude .

Now the District Endowments Officer ,Palnadu in his Letter in 5th cited , while
explaining the above facts and circumstances , has requested this office for publication
of subject temple U /s 60 (ii) of Act 30 of 1987 and appointment of Executive Officer
for the sake of better administration .

In the circumstances reported by the District Endowments Officer , Palnadu in

the reference cited , the Commissioner , Endowments Department , A.P. , Vijayawada
hereby publishes the following Hindu Religious Institution U /S 6 (c)(ii) of the
Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions & Endowments Act ,
1987 .
