This is in reference to the interview you had with us. We are pleased to appoint you with SQUARE
BRIDGE TECHNOLOGIES PVT.LTD, Bengaluru as an Associate System Engineer effective from
06th- July-2020 on the conditions given below.
1. Compensation
Your annual compensation will be Rs 3,50,000/-. This comprises of your salary, allowances,
bonus and benefits as specified in Annexure- I.
3. Benefits
Gratuity – On completion of five years of service with the Organization, you will be
eligible for gratuity as per the payment of Gratuity Act.
Medical Insurance – In accordance with the Organization’s policy you will be covered under
Group Health Insurance plan, Group Personal Accident Insurance plan & Maternity Benefit
plan. However this insurance coverage starts after one month of your date of joining.
4. Joining formalities
Kindly bring the following documents in original along with a photocopy of the same.
Mark sheet of final year Degree and Post Graduate Degree along with the certificates.
Proof of the permanent and current address (Ration card/Passport/Driving License).
Previous employment relieving letter.
Previous employment salary certificate (Form 16).
Four copies of colored passport size photographs.
Bank statement for last 6 months.
PAN Card copy.
ITR for the last two years (Copy).
6. Location
You will be based in Bengaluru but the Organization may require you to work at other location and/or
customers’ site in India or abroad. The Organization will seek to give you reasonable notice of
extensive travel requirements, and to take into account you personal circumstances where appropriate.
8. Annual Leaves
No leave of any kind is permissible during the period of probation. You will eligible for 21 working
days of leave, on pro-rate basis, after conformation of your service with the Organization.
Your unauthorized absence from work for a continuous period of more than the week will be treated as
duty, and the same would be treated as“voluntary abandonment of service”. In such a case, the
Organization strict action against you, including termination of the employment.
9. Notice Period/Termination
Duties the period of probation, either party will be allowed to terminate the contract of employment by
given by 30 days notice in writing to that effect to the other party, subject however to the organizations
right to pay one month’s salary in lieu thereof.
In the event of willfull neglect or breach of any of the terms here of or refusal on your part to carry out
the lawful instructions of any member of the Organization or being guilty of misconduct, the
Organization may employment forth with notice.
During the tenure of your employment, the Organization may incur training/certification expenses on
you. In the event you leave our service within a period of months from the date of
training/certification, you will be required to reimburse the entire training costs.
Depending on the expenses involved, you may also be required to sign a service agreement with the
Organization for A specific period, which will be indicated to you at that time.
15. General
It is expected that individual compensation package would not be shared with other employees
Employee shall observe and conform to such duties, direction and introduction as
communication to him/her by his/her superiors.
Employee shall not use any of the hardware, software, network, documents and literature etc.
of the Organization for any purpose other than the Organization’s business.
Employee shall not during the continuance of his/her employment, without prior consent of
the Organization in writing, be employed, directly or indirectly in any other trade or business,
employment or occupation whatsoever and will devote the whole of his/her time and attention
to his/her duties.
A high standard, professional code of conduct is expected from the employee of any behavior
reflecting unfavorable, on him/her or the Organization, is questionable and liable for
disciplinary action.
Employee shall also require to abide by the terms and condition to those mentioned above,
which are in force for the time being or may be framed from time to time.
